2013 Conference Program
Poster sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday during the coffee break in the Grand Salon (9:30-10:15AM). Join us as we view the work of our colleagues during the Poster Lagniappe!
Poster sessions will be held on the following days/times:
Tuesday March 12th 9:30-10:15 and Thursday, March 14th 9:30-10:15.
POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION (TUESDAY):

| Set up |
Please plan to set up your Poster Board on Monday between 5-7pm. |
| Tear Down |
Please plan to tear down your Poster Board on TUESDAY between 5-7pm. All posters not collected, will be torn down and stored at the registration desk through Friday AM. All unclaimed posters will be thrown away. Please help our staff by taking down your own board at the designated time slot. |
| Expectations |
We expect you to be at your poster on your assigned day during the Poster Lagniappe (9:30-10:15). While your poster will be available for viewing during other times as well (pre and post), it will be your choice as to whether or not you stay at your board at other times. |
| Location |
Grand Salon Hallway. This is a large thoroughfare with good visibility for your work. |
| Supplies |
We will have all of the necessary supplies for mounting your poster on-site including the poster display boards, push pins, tape, etc. These supplies will be issued at registration and extras will be provided during set up. |
| Poster size |
All posters will be mounted with push pins on a board measuring 4 ft X 8 ft in size (image available at the bottom of this page)

CONFIRMATION
OF PARTICIPATION |
It is NOT necessary for you to confirm your attendance and participation however it is required that you are REGISTERED for the conference and that you have paid for your CIES membership. We will plan for you to be on-site to present your poster. It is only necessary to contact me if you do NOT plan to attend or do NOT plan to present.
