1. Place an ad in the Conference Program
Advertising in the official 2013 Annual Meeting Program gives your organization instant recognition. This year the program is provided electronically to every participant and will cost $25 if members wish to have a printed version. Even after the meeting, the program remains a year-round reference and will also be available for download on the CIES 2013 website, giving you added exposure to a wider, non-attendee audience.

    • Allow half inch for binding

2. Place your Ad or Logo on the Conference Website:

Advertising on the official 2013 conference website is an excellent way to attract our members to visit your website. Send us your ad and we'll add you to our advertisement section. If you want to attract more traffic to your site, purchase a featured ad that will be included on our main page.


    Logo on CIES Homepage: $500
    Logo on CIES Website: $1000 (homepage + every other page)
    Advertisement (similar to print version) on Advertisement page: $300


    • Send Logo images as .jpg or .png
    • Send Advertisements as a .pdf or .doc
    • Please send your highest resolution of images
    • Please try to keep the image no larger than 200px X 100px

3. Insert promotional item in the Conference Packet

Each conference registrant will receive a packet that will include the CIES 2013 Conference Program, local information and your brochure, flyer, or promotional item. Each provided item will be counted as one packet insert (e.g. a 20-page booklet is counted the same as a one page flyer.) Please send 1500 copies*, items may not exceed 8.5" X 11".

Fee per item: $500 per packet item
